Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence

We were looking for a way to quickly and efficiently evaluate the comprehensive data from the retail chains in order to determine valuable insights. As an add-on to the existing B.O.S.S. Enterprise ERP system the Data Warehouse System and the associated Business Intelligence were created.

The system is based on a database of the OLAP type (Online Analytical Processing) which enables very fast evaluation of the stored data. Business intelligence often provides a comprehensive and flexible analysis of all possible business situations from different perspectives and in any context. It allows a detailed and very up-to-date overview of retail units operation, supplier performance, employee efficiency and stock levels as well as a comparison of available data in terms of time, location, article categories etc.
